Emma Aitchison’s handmade jewellery designs are so much more than pretty trinkets. With climate change being the main focus, she hopes the intriguing shapes, based on weather graphs, will spark conversations. Recycled metal of silver and brass is contorted into artistic adornments named after storms, winds and mountains.
Why we love them:
Emma’s beautiful and bespoke pieces are raising awareness of global warming and fast fashion, which is pretty impressive for a pair of earrings. She endeavours to run her company with as little impact as possible and has offset her carbon footprint by planting trees in Kenya.
