Cub is an East London restaurant who source their produce from Indie Ecology, a system whereby food waste is collected from restaurants around London, composted on their farm in West Sussex, and returned back into the soil from which new crops are grown for the kitchens the waste material originally came from. We love this circular system as it totally represents the way we should all be thinking about food.

Why we love them: The tables are made from recycled yoghurt pots and the walls are made from recycled clay that filters the air.
