Dedicated to using sustainable materials, Stay Wild Swimwear is created from a smart techno-fabric made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon. Made from ocean and landfill nylon waste such as fishing nets, industrial plastic and other discarded fabric scraps. It's exactly the same as brand new nylon and can be recycled, recreated and remoulded again and again. This means we don’t have to use new resources in the creation of our swimwear.
The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with the RESCUE of marine and landfill nylon waste. It is sorted and cleaned to recover all the nylon possible.
The nylon is then REGENERATED with a purification process that takes it back to its original purity.
ECONYL® regenerated nylon is used to REMAKE carpet yarn and textile yarn for the fashion and interior industries.
The beauty of ECONYL® regenerated nylon is that it has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality, helping us all REIMAGINE the use of textiles. We believe circular design is the future and using ECONYL® is our first step on that journey.
At Stay Wild Swim, we use this ultimate sustainable material for our swimwear. The exceptional ECONYL® fibre is used to make a soft and luxurious fabric that is the foundation of our beautiful, high-performance swimwear.
