 “The fit and feel of swimwear is make or break for me. It needs to not only look beautiful but feel secure, I want it to be flattering as well as functional. This is exactly why we spent so long ensuring our pieces make every woman feel incredible. We have developed a comprehensive size guide to help you find the right size for your body, the one which makes you feel your best.”

“For me the perfect swimwear combines a beautiful design and a great fit. This was always our aim. We wanted our swimwear to support and flatter every body, and the benefit of having two founders with different heights and body types means our styles suit everyone. We have spent so much time fitting our suits not only on ourselves but on a selection of women of all shapes and sizes, to ensure everyone feels confident, comfortable and stylish in our pieces.”

How to take your measurements

We recommend measuring up to get the best fit, you can use a tape measure to do this.  Ensure you're wearing a soft unstructured bra when measuring yourself, to get the most accurate result. We also recommend placing a finger between you and the tape measure to allow for some breathing room in your final measurements.

Remember our swimwear is flexible and forgiving so don’t get too stressed doing this! If you’re caught between sizes, we recommend going for the larger one if you want a relaxed fit or opting for the smaller one if you want more support.

care

We’ve taken every step to design and produce a product that is made to last. If treated well, your Stay Wild swimwear will continue to support you in any ocean, on any beach and in any pool. Once it leaves Stay Wild HQ we need your support in continuing to care for your very own piece and we’ve put together some recommendations on how to do so;

  • Sea salt and chlorine are both cleaning agents, so you should try to avoid cleaning your swimsuit twice (which can be harsh on materials) by washing it after you wear it. A thorough wash (or shower!) in cold fresh water and hang to dry rinses out the chlorine or salt so you’re ready to go again.

  • In the event that your suit really needs a clean, wash it by hand in as cool a temperature as possible. If machine wash is the only option, a short delicate wash is preferable and should be kept below 30 Degrees (40 max). Wash inside out with similar colours.

  • Try to keep out of direct sunlight and try to avoid letting your swimsuit remain cold and damp after you use it in the pool.

  • Please don’t iron your suit, you already look great and the creases will stretch out when you put it on. Avoid tumble drying too.

  • Aim to apply suncream before you put the pieces on because suncream is meant for skin and not swimsuits!
