Their mission is to tackle oral health inequality for healthier happier communities. Covering Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, they're one of the South West’s largest NHS referral and emergency dental care providers applying expert skills for a range of patients including children and adults with special care needs, alongside routine NHS and competitively-priced private dentistry. An award-winning mission-led Employee-Owned Community Interest Company reinvesting profits back into patient facilities, their community and environment – over £6m to date!

Their Brighter Smiles campaign brings practical tooth-brushing clubs, oral health education and fluoride varnishing to children in areas of high decay across Cornish communities and they visit harboursides with a Smiles At Sea mobile unit, bringing dental treatment to fishing communities. Their teams frequently reach further into their local communities, partnering with charities and doing what they can to tackle oral health inequality and improve oral health outcomes. We see children for free and run dedicated clinics for children in care and those experiencing homelessness, and our investment into accessible patient facilities is transforming dentistry provision in the county for patients who need us most.
